A nice old Valentines post card. Scene depicts a little angel cherub with white wings sitting in wreath of red flowers holding on to a locket with an image of a women inside. The heart shaped wreath of red poppies sits on a gold colored backing. The poem reads, "I send thee poppies red. An adorable floral card with 2 angel cherubs with their white wings holding onto red and pink roses. The flowers are in a wooden basket. There are also two love doves. It is marked on the front, "VALENTINE GREETING", and on the back, "B. W. V. Printed in Germany.

Early 1900′s Valentine’s Day Angel Lighting Candles Postcard 195
"TO MY VALENTINE" is the message on this old embossed Valentines with a scene of a golden winged cherub angel hovering above a large candle and lighting a smaller one. Very colorful with the white envelope covered with red hearts and the shiny gold wings of the angel. It is marked on the front, "Ser. 542 No. 3188."
The card was never used and is in good condition, shape with some signs of wear along the edges, mostly on one corner, overall very nice and unused! It measures 3 1/2" x 5 1/2". See my other items for more vintage holiday cards. SOLD

A highly decorated great old Holiday post card featuring a red robed Santa Claus sitting by an angel with her white wings who is knelt down beside him whispering in his ear. Nice bold colors with bells, a horn, mistletoe, etc. The greeting on the front reads, "A MERRY CHRISTMAS". The card is postmarked 1908. A vintage 1910 Valentines Day post card is full of bright colors and has an angel with her white wings sitting inside lace and flowers. She is holding a sign that reads, "This bow of Blue I send to you To tell you Love That I am true So Keep it do." Also has the classic line, "Be My Valentine".
It measures 3 1/2" x 5 1/2". The card is post marked February 1909. Still very nice, just a little edge/corner wear. #104 PRICE: Sold
