Early 1900′s RPPC Henry Engberg Bellingham Washington Postcard 215

vintage-postcard-bellingham-washington-215vintage-postcard-bellingham-washington-215-2This is just a great old real photo post card of Bellingham Wash. On the front it reads, "Engberg's Photo Bellingham."

A nice vintage scene with a group of people who appear to be at some sort of a social gathering, possibly a picnic. One man has his camera set up and is taking photos. It appears this was taken on the beach by the water as you can see many people are also standing up above on the dock.

A little history: Henry Engberg married Madame Mary Davenport, who was famous for being the first woman in the world to conduct a symphony orchestra. She was a famous American violinist, composer and conductor.

The card was never used and in good condition with just the slightest signs of edge wear, and a little dirty on the backside. It measures 3 1/2" x 5 1/2". PRICE: $25.00 with FREE U.S. shipping
